Description

Analyze the importance of eligibility requirements and proper wording of the named insured, as well as knowing how the unmodified policy responds—or fails to respond—to various loss situations. Explore the full range of standard endorsements that can be used to modify coverage. Discover insights and tips to help make effective use of umbrellas and convince clients of their value. Upon conclusion of this course, you should have a working understanding of the PAP forms, the eligibility requirements, how to correctly name the insured on the policy’s declarations page, use and apply key definitions within the policy, and understand how these definitions can affect coverage.
